Because every bracelet is handmade and many are personalised, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.
If something isn't right
Contact Laconicbracelets@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photograph of the piece.
We will tell you what to do next. You do not need to arrange anything before you hear from us.
What counts
A manufacturing defect — a failed clasp, a knot that will not hold, a mis-set silver element.
An incorrect order — the wrong piece, the wrong size, or an engraving that does not match what you asked for.
