Returns
Each piece is made by hand, and many carry someone's initials. Returns are accepted where the fault is ours.
If something is wrong
Write to Laconicbracelets@gmail.com within seven days of delivery. Send your order number and a photograph.
We will tell you what happens next. Arrange nothing until you hear from us.
What we take back
A fault in the making. A clasp that fails, a knot that will not hold, silver set badly.
An order we got wrong. The wrong piece, the wrong size, or an engraving that is not what you asked for.
