An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email, not when payment is authorised. If we cannot fulfil something, we will tell you and refund in full.

Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Shipping is shown before you pay.

Everything is made by hand, so small variations between pieces are expected and are not defects. Hand engraving in particular varies slightly by nature.

Silver tarnishes and cord softens with wear. Both are normal ageing; the cord is covered by the lifetime replacement.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
