Lifetime Cord Warranty
Two materials, and only one of them wears out. We replace that one for as long as you own the piece.
The cord
A cord worn every day will soften, and eventually it will go. That is the material doing what it should, not a fault in it.
When it does, we replace it. There is no charge and no time limit.
The silver
The silver is yours. When a bracelet is re-strung, your own piece is set onto the new cord. We do not swap it for another.
What it costs
Nothing for the cord, and nothing for the work. Postage only, where postage applies.
