Wax cord is made to be worn constantly, and constant wear eventually shows. That is expected, not a fault.

If the cord eventually wears out, we replace it free of charge for life.

Silver components remain yours forever. When we re-string a bracelet, your original sterling element is re-seated on the new cord — we never replace it with another.

Nothing for the cord or the work. Customers only pay shipping if applicable.
